Yes — this is one of the great advantages of Raw Hair. Because it has not undergone any prior chemical treatment, it perfectly accepts coloring and bleaching. We recommend using a professional hairstylist to preserve the quality of the hair.

How long does Luxéa Raw Hair last?

Order & Delivery

What are the delivery times?

We ship from Paris. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

Do you deliver outside of France?

Yes — we deliver throughout the European Union and internationally. Shipping costs and times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

How can I track my order?

A confirmation email is sent to you upon validation of your order, then a second email with your tracking number upon shipment. You can track your package in real-time via the link provided.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

What shampoo should I use on Raw Hair?

Use only a sulfate-free and gentle shampoo. Harsh shampoos damage the cuticles and reduce the lifespan of the hair. Complete with a hydrating mask after each wash.

How often should I wash my Raw Hair?

For a weave: every 10 to 14 days. For a wig: every 2 weeks depending on wear. Washing too frequently unnecessarily weakens the hair.

Can I use heated tools?

Yes — Raw Hair perfectly tolerates heat. Always apply a heat protectant before any heated tool (straightener, curling iron, hairdryer) to preserve its quality in the long term.

How should I store my Raw Hair at night?

Lightly braid your hair before sleeping and protect it with a satin bonnet or a satin pillowcase. Avoid sleeping with wet hair.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, hair products can only be returned if they are new, unopened, and unused. If you have received a defective or non-compliant product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
